Well, that is exactly what owning a 2-in-1 hair styling and drying device like a hot air brush can do. That is why these innovative hair tools have started to get so popular over the last few years. One model hot air brush we have been hearing many good things about is the Infiniti Pro by Conair Wet / Dry Hot Air Styler. It really peaked our curiosity in this hot air brush. That is why we decided to do a full review of this hot air brush from Conair.
A Quick Overview of This Nicely Designed Hot Air Brush
Here are the main pros and cons you get with this model hot air brush:
Pros:
- Tourmaline/Ceramic technology
- 2-speed slide switch for temp
- Lightweight at 1-pound
- Far-infrared heat generation
- Tension control brush head for styling
- Triple action styling system
Cons:
- No dual voltage capability
- Disappointing 1-year warranty
Performance and Versatility
This hot air brush will not only dry and style your hair but it’s gentle when doing it. It uses far-infrared heat and ceramic/tourmaline infusion to do this. It even has a specially designed brush head whose bristle design tends to resist snagging your hair as you style it.
The heat generates by this hot air brush is instantaneous and it has a high and low heat selection also.
Ease of use and Convenience
This hot air brush from the reputable company Conair is lightweight and very easy to handle. It weighs only around 1 pound. That means you can use it for long periods of time without getting tired.
You also get a lot of freedom of movement when you use this hair styling tool. That is because it has a salon length power cord with attached swivel end. That is why you will sometimes see this hot air brush being used by professional stylists too.
Why does the Infiniti Pro by Conair Hot Air Styler Work So Well When Drying and Shaping Your Hair?
One of the best features on this hot air brush is its ceramic/tourmaline heating technology. It’s the type of technology that is known for producing fast and even heat. Tourmaline crystals also build up negative ions. This does such things as help your hair retain more moisture when styling it and it cuts down on static electricity and frizz.
We also really like its tension control brush head. Most hot air brushes will tend to catch at times on your hair as you pull them through it. That is not the case with this Infiniti Pro by Conair Styler. Its tension control head even tends not to catch on kinky and extremely curly hair.
Warranty Support and Potential Concerns with the Infiniti Pro by Conair Wet / Dry Hot Air Styler
We were very disappointed with the warranty that comes with this 2-in-1 hot air brush. Conair only covers it for a period of one full year. That is a full year less than the standard for hot air brushes in its price range. This really surprised us with a product that comes from a sharp run outfit.
The warranty is not the only thing that disappointed us with this particular hot air brush. We also didn’t like the fact it does not have dual voltage capability. That is a shame because it’s so lightweight and compact. It would have made an excellent travel hot air brush for sure but it will not work in most countries overseas.
A Few Final Thoughts on This Model Hot Air Brush
We all really liked this hot air brush from Conair. It certainly will speed you up when you get ready for your day. Everything from its tension control brush design to it ceramic/ tourmaline technology makes styling and drying your hair safe and effective. Its far- infrared heat is a very nice bonus that makes this hot air brush gentle. It is certainly one of the best hot air brushes that is worth considering for purchase if you are in the market for a new one.
